Refund Policy

2. 14-Day Digital Product Guarantee

For digital educational guides, materials, and recorded content, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your digital product purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided:

• The request is made within 14 days of the purchase date
• You have not substantially used, distributed, or reproduced the materials
• You provide a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction

Upon approval of your refund request, access to the digital materials will be revoked, and you must delete all copies in your possession.

3. Individual Consultation Refunds

For individual consultation services:

• Before Consultation: Full refund available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time
• 24-48 Hours Before: 50% refund if cancellation is made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled time
• Less Than 24 Hours: No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation
• After Consultation: No refunds are provided after a consultation has been completed

4. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Consultation services already rendered or completed
• Custom or personalized educational content created specifically for you
• Services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
• Products or services purchased more than 14 days ago (except consultations subject to cancellation terms above)

5. Refund Request Procedure

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive your refund request:

• Review: We will review your request within 3-5 business days
• Notification: You will receive an email confirming approval or denial of your refund request
• Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Credit: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase
• Bank Processing: Allow an additional 3-7 business days for your financial institution to process the credit

7. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

10. Rescheduling Consultations

As an alternative to cancellation and refund, you may reschedule individual consultations:

• Free rescheduling if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance
• One-time rescheduling fee of CAD $25 for changes made with 24-48 hours notice
• Rescheduling not available for changes requested less than 24 hours before scheduled time

11. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

If you experience technical difficulties or service interruptions that prevent you from accessing purchased content or attending a scheduled consultation due to issues on our end:

• If the issue cannot be resolved, we will offer a full refund or complimentary rescheduling
